How to register

All participants are requested to register online. Please visit iced2012.spu.ac.th to register. All online registrations will be confirmed by email within a few minutes. Once the registration form and payment are received, confirmation letter and receipt of payment will be issued within three days.

Full non-residential rate and student rate includes:

  • Attendance in all scientific sessions at the conference from Monday 23 to Wednesday 25 July 2012.
  • All conference literature, delegate pack and badge.
  • Lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments from Monday 23 to Wednesday 25 July 2012.
  • Welcoming Party on Monday evening, 23 July.

Day rate includes:

  • Attendance in all scientific sessions at the conference on the day selected
  • All conference literature, delegate pack and badge.
  • Morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch on the selected day.

Accompanying person registration fee includes:

  • Opening and closing ceremonies
  • Lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments from Monday 23 to Wednesday 25 July 2012.
  • Welcoming Party on Monday evening, 23 July.
  • Special accompanying program (e.g. fruit carving, soap carving, arrangement of Thai flower garland)
  • Half-day tour to Royal Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha Temple

Payment

  • All payments must be made in Euros by credit card: Visa, MasterCard and JCB. See registration form and complete it with details needed. A secure online encrypted facility is provided
  • Bank fees and commissions (if any) must be paid by the participant.
  • For your convenience, workshop registration will be made separately from 1 March - 30 June 2012. Click for this registration at "Workshop Registration" below.

Please print this confirmation email and keep it as your payment document when you arrive at the conference.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations of registration must be made in writing and send to icedthai@gmail.com, no other means of cancellation will be considered.

  • Cancellations received by 30 April 2012 will be refunded 80% of the registration fee.
  • Cancellations received by 1 May- 30 June 2012 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
  • In the case of overpayment or double payment, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded with a handling fee of € 50. The requests must be made in writing and send to icedthai@gmail.com no later than 30 June 2012.
Refunds will be made to your credit card account. Please note that the reimbursements will be made after the Conference.

If you are not able to attend the ICED 2012 Conference due to extenuating circumstances, and do not wish to cancel your registration, you may send someone in your place. This person will receive your conference materials and be able to attend all activities you registered for. Substitutions may be made by 12 July 2012.

The organizers can not accept any liability for personal accidents to participants or for loss of, or damage to, their private property during the Conference.
Registration does not include any form of insurance. Conference participants are therefore responsible for making their own insurance arrangements.

On-site Registration

This will be available at the conference venue for €600 full registration and €250 one-day registration.

Fund
